The iliosacral joint (sacroiliac-intestinal joint) is responsible for the mobility of the pelvis. When the sacroiliac joint is painful, the progression of man is impaired and it shows that the man is out of balance. One could also say that a person has lost his connection to the earth. This is the place where disappointments are located in the human system. The zone of disappointment is also called the market place, where the merchants stand and offer their goods for sale and man cannot hear them (his own inner voice) and therefore cannot go into action. The disappointment is connected with the organ liver and the question is not who or what disappointed me, but where did I deceive myself? One would also say that man is on a very narrow track and has lost focus.

The iliosacral joint is a pure “bone joint”. From a spiritual point of view, the bones are assigned to the spirit and the element water.

Tibetan medicine speaks of the arrogant sensitivity as the cause at this point.
