Spine and back pain

The spine, the pillar of the self, is a central human process through which much information is transmitted in the form of nerve impulses.

Common spiritual principles for back and spine complaints:

  • The spine is a physical expression, as is the nose or thumb, which represents the person’s personality. From the point of view, the following questions arise: Where do I live my personality in my everyday life, where my uprightness, i.e. where do I say honestly and openly what is in me, or do I bend, twist and possibly live several truths?
  • Where do people overwhelm themselves and put too much burden on their shoulders? People should regularly ask themselves whether their everyday life should look like this. Would less not be much more? Renunciation would be a good approach here, but who wants to renounce something today? Renunciation in order to find time for oneself, in order to come to one’s senses. What is the meaning of life?
  • Does man have to suffer from tension and adrenaline? Non-lived anger and aggression lead to muscle tension. The background of aggression is the theme of self-loathing. The thing that would help a person at such a point is self-worship and to behave in such a way in life that he can also be happy. Only in a relaxed state is a person able to open his heart and love.
  • Where does man live in disharmony and discord? This question is asked by the meridian doctrine, because the bubble meridian, which carries the emotion of harmony and peace, runs to the side of the spine. In addition, the bubble meridian focuses on letting go. Where can I hold on to old feelings, thoughts and material things, i.e. of the past? Man stands in the present and looks forward to the future and behind him is the past. Viewed from this perspective, back and spine complaints always have to do with old “things” that people still carry around with them. Letting go and forgetting is a wonderful approach to healing.
  • The kidneys are the mother of the water element in the body. If they are energetically insufficiently supplied, this often leads to diffuse back pain in the loin area. It can also be recognized by a cold kidney area, such as cold hands and feet. The person then lacks support, security in life, he is afraid and doesn’t really know what he wants. If the emotional base of the spine is weakened in this way, it is not surprising that posture and back problems occur.
  • Every thought has weight and people think 40 – 50,000 thoughts a day. It is therefore understandable that a person’s head sometimes rests heavily on the spine, overloading it and causing pain.
  • From an astrological point of view, the constellation of Leo is associated with the heart and is responsible for the spine. Energetically, the organic heart is nourished by the heart photos and when this green shining jewel is closed in the human system, it has a direct effect on the spine and the back. The affected topics are cordiality, self-love, compassion, neighborly love and forgiveness.
  • The earth and celestial column, or spine, straightens up in the Buddhi body. In the water man age, it is about the erection of man to the spirit man, which means that man becomes aware again that he is of spiritual nature.
