The Healing Faith

The word faith originates from Latin and carries two meanings: firstly, it implies “I believe,” and secondly, “not knowing.” This means that faith acts as a vehicle, one that can assist the individual in allowing new concepts to enter their awareness and, through the initiation of belief, open a new gateway. The more an individual engages with a novel paradigm and finds it plausible, the more their belief deepens. This trajectory may culminate in absolute certainty, where that which was once merely believed integrates as a foundational component of their life. At this juncture, the individual no longer needs to believe, because they now intrinsically know.

Faith holds a profoundly broader significance and a more systemic impact on our lives than is commonly assumed. The foundational belief system of a human being governs their cognitive processes and the limits of their conceptualization. Furthermore, faith influences every single cell, extending down to the DNA within the human organism’s biological framework. From this perspective, it is inherently essential to be conscious of what one actively believes. One might even postulate that an individual’s personal faith constructs their psychological horizon, effectively isolating them from ultimate reality. If a person’s core beliefs are rooted in limitation, they will perpetually encounter boundaries throughout their lifespan
